The range of chilli sauces you can find in Dubai is as flavourfully diverse as the cultures living here. But over the past few years, we’ve noticed a trend in homegrown artisanal sauce makers who’re passionate about preserving family recipes, showcasing the flavours of their culture and feeding the city’s growing appetite for spice.
